BACOLOD City – The fourth most wanted person in San Carlos City, Negros Occidental was arrested.
Edjun Artaba, 33, of the city’s Barangay 1, was served with an arrest warrant by officers of the San Carlos City police station.
Judge Reginald Fuentebella of the Regional Trial Court – Branch 59 issued the two warrants of arrest for violation of sections 7 and 15 of Article II of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
Artaba was detained at the San Carlos City police station.
The court recommended a total bail bond of P202,000 for the suspect’s temporary liberty./PN
