ILOILO City – A senior citizen was accused of raping a minor in Barangay Tiolas, San Joaquin, Iloilo.
The 69-year-old Jobelino Espinosa was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 6:45 p.m. on May 4, a police report showed.
The suspect was detained in the lockup facility of the San Joaquin police station.
A P200,000 bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
