ILOILO City – A 60-year-old man was found dead floating in the Sibalom River in Barangay Dorong-an, Tigbauan, Iloilo yesterday.
Ramon Tuando, a resident of the village, was last seen alive on Tuesday binge drinking with friends. Residents discovered Tuando’s body around 9 a.m./PN
