BACOLOD City – Fifteen sachets of suspected shabu were confiscated from a habal-habal driver in Barangay Poblacion 6, Moises Padilla, Negros Occidental.
Town police chief Senior Inspector Junjie Liba identified the suspect as the 42-year-old Dionisio Soligo, resident of Barangay Odiong, Moises Padilla.
It was around 4:45 p.m. on Dec. 26 when Soligo was caught in a drug buy-bust operation that the Moises Padilla municipal police station staged.
Soligo sold a sachet of shabu to an undercover officer for P300, police said.
The suspect was detained in the lockup facility of the Moises Padilla police station.
He was facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
