BACOLOD City – Fourteen sachets of suspected shabu weighing about 10 grams valued at around P150,000 were seized in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Guinhalaran, Silay City, Negros Occidental.
Residents John Gallano, 42, and Eldefonso Gargallano, 19, yielded the suspected illegal drugs around 3 p.m. on Feb. 18, a police report showed.
Aside from suspected shabu, a P3500 marked money and cash amounting to P200 were also confiscated from the suspects.
They were detained in the lockup cell of the Silay City police station, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
