BACOLOD City – Two men were killed while another was injured in a shooting incident in Barangay Tabon, Vallehermoso, Negros Oriental.
Police identified them as 55-year-old Calago Rabaca, 57-year-old Perces Malabago and 33-year-old Jimcel Malabago – all residents of Barangay Tinayunan, Guihulngan City, Negros Oriental.
According to police investigation, the victims were on their way home coming from a cockfighting event in Barangay Puan, Vallehermoso when unidentified gunmen peppered them with bullets around 3:40 on Wednesday.
Jimcel Malabago was brought to Guihulngan District Hospital for medical treatment.
Officers of the Vallehermoso police station have yet to identify the suspects and the motive in the incident./PN
