ILOILO – On the shores of Barangay Ambuyuan, San Joaquin town, a 25-year-old man was found unconscious by his friends on Nov. 2 around 3 p.m.
Hoping to revive him, they took Jude Paul Estiba of Barangay Poblacion, Igbaras, Iloilo to the San Joaquin Mother and Child Hospital. There, attending doctors officially pronounced Estiba dead.
It was believed that Estiba drowned and his body was eventually washed ashore./PN
