BACOLOD City – Two persons were nabbed in a buy-bust operation in Barangay 2.
Eight sachets of suspected shabu weighing about six grams valued at around P50,000 were seized from Jan Mark Dela Cruz, 26, and his brother Raymart, 23, a police report showed.
Jan Mark and Raymart – both residents of the village – were caught after they sold a sachet of suspected illegal drugs to an undercover officer for P300 around 5:20 p.m. on March 20, it added.
The suspects were detained in the detention cell of Police Station 2.
Charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed against Jan Mark and Raymart./PN
