BACOLOD City – The 38-year-old Emman Baylosis was allegedly stabbed and stoned to death in Hacienda Lourdes, Barangay Punta Mesa, Manapla, Negros Occidental, on Saturday night, Feb. 17.
Siblings Lorgie Carbolido, 42, and Daryl, 39, were tagged as suspects.
Initial investigations by the Manapla Police revealed that the three were on a drinking spree at the residence of a certain Eduardo Esperada. A dispute reportedly broke out between the victim and the homeowner.
As the confrontation escalated, Baylosis allegedly became aggressive and attacked Daryl. In retaliation, the suspects engaged in a physical altercation with the victim.
The authorities apprehended the suspects early Sunday morning in a hot pursuit operation./PN
