BACOLOD City – He was arrested after he sold shabu to an undercover officer in Villa Hergon, Barangay Rizal, Silay City, Negros Occidental, a police report showed.
Police caught the 35-year-old Ronil “Oning” Diploma of Barangay 2, Silay City around 3:30 p.m. on Saturday.
Diploma is a newly identified drug suspect, according to the police.
Recovered from Diploma’s possession were six sachets of shabu with an estimated worth of P6,000 and the P500 marked money.
Diploma was detained at the Silay City police station lockup facility and facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
