BACOLOD City – Frustration may have prompted a resident of Barangay Singcang-Airport to commit suicide.
The 26-year-old Rosebelt Salido was found hanging from the bamboo beam of their house with a belt tied around his neck around 1:30 a.m. on Friday, Police Station 8 said.
His common-law wife, April Joy Antonio, found him.
She told the police Salido tried to commit suicide five months ago but a neighbor stopped him.
Antonio said Salido was frustrated that he was jobless and unable to sustain the needs of their family./PN
