I FIRST met Bebett in 1988. She was then fresh from college and having a new young face in the office delighted everyone. Aside from being very pretty, she was very hardworking and enthusiastic about every assigned task given to her. Working with people, mostly engineers, much older than her was never a problem – she blended easily. She is super talented too, she can host events, sing well, and excel in public speaking.
Observing her then, I knew Bebett will go a long way as she has so much to offer. I was not surprised when I learned she joined politics. I wish you all the best Bett!

Some time ago, I was fortunate to have known Belinda Canlas Sales (Bebett) at NDDU Graduate School. We were classmates (with some friends), became groupmates, and later good friends.
As a classmate and friend, Bebett is very supportive. She is vocal… she speaks up about what she knows is right and wrong (this usually happens during discussions and presentations in the classroom).
As a person, she is honest in her dealings with other people (even in her feelings towards others). She is also a good listener and that makes her a good leader.

It is a blessing to meet an empowered woman who not only radiates positivity in her endeavor but also empowers those around her, and not only that – she does possess a “servant leadership” character which to me, is an epitome of a good public servant.
