ILOILO City – A shoplifting suspect was arrested at a department store on corner JM Basa and Aldeguer Streets, City Proper.

Kenneth Bayog of Bo. Obrero, Lapuz district yielded four polo shirts – two cost a combined P739.50, one was worth P329.75 and another cost P279.75.

From City Square department store, Bayog was taken to Police Station 1.

According to the store’s customer relations service officer Ramil Doctolero, the suspect concealed the items under his shirt and trousers around 5:15 p.m. on Feb. 9./PN
