BACOLOD City – Police arrested the No. 10 most wanted person in Talisay City, Negros Occidental.
Mark Salbibia, 28, was charged with robbery with homicide, a police report showed.
He was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 10:30 a.m. on April 29 in the city’s Barangay Concepcion.
Judge Edgar Tupas of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 46 issued the warrant on Sept.12, 2019 yet.
The suspect was detained in the lockup cell of the Talisay City police station.
No bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
