BACOLOD CITY – Police arrested two suspects in a drug sting in Barangay Zone 5, Talisay City, Negros Occidental.
Twelve sachets of suspected shabu valued at around P35,000 were seized from 48-year-old resident Eduardo Zaragoza and 37-year-old Rafael Rojo, a police report showed.
Zaragoza and Rojo were nabbed after they sold suspected illegal drugs to an undercover officer around 4:30 p.m. on Sept. 9, the report added.
The suspects were detained in the Talisay City police station’s lockup facility, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
