ILOILO City – He was listed as the No. 7 most wanted person in the municipal police station of Tapaz, Capiz.
The 56-year-old Artemio Felomino was caught in Barangay Roxas, Tapaz around 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, police said.
Felomino’s apprehension was staged on the strength of an arrest in relation to the murder charge he faces.
The suspect was detained in the lockup cell of the Tapaz police station.
No bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
