BACOLOD City – Bacolod Tay Tung High School showcased its depth and dominance in youth volleyball after its A and B squads stormed through the Pulupandan Volleyball Club Age Group Volleyball Tournament unbeaten and were declared co-champions after both teams advanced to the finals without a loss.
The two Tay Tung teams outclassed the rest of the field throughout the tournament, setting up an all-Tay Tung championship showdown. However, head coach Ian Macariola opted not to push through with the title match due to scheduling concerns, resulting in both squads sharing the crown.
