ILOILO City – A man charged with theft was arrested in Barangay San Juan, Molo district, a police report showed.
The 41-year-old Rufino “Junjun” Garcia was nabbed at around 6:45 p.m. on Thursday, it added.
Officers from the Molo district police station caught Garcia on the strength of an arrest warrant the court issued in relation to Criminal Case No. R-458-18 he faces.
Garcia was detained in the police station’s lockup facility.
The court recommended a P6,000 bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
