ILOILO City – He was the No. 2 most wanted person in their town, police said.
The 24-year-old Rogie Nem had been charged with “rape by sexual assault.” He was arrested, a police report showed.
He will have to shell out a hefty P200,000 – the bail bond set by the court – for his temporary liberty.
Police served him a warrant of arrest in his house in Barangay Alaguisoc, Jordan, Guimaras on at around 11 a.m. Friday.
