ILOILO City – Mayor Jerry Treñas congratulated Jeck Conlu on his appointment as Assistant Regional Director of the Land Transportation Office (LTO) Region 6.
Treñas highlighted Conlu’s experience as the former head of the Public Safety and Traffic Management Office (PSTMO) as instrumental in achieving this significant milestone.
“His commitment to efficient and effective public service has always been a source of inspiration, and now, his expertise will benefit the regional level,” Treñas said.
The mayor also underscored that Conlu’s appointment not only recognizes his skills and experience but is also a testament to his unwavering dedication to serving the people of Western Visayas.
Lawyer Gaudioso Peralta Geduspan II, the Regional Director of the LTO-6, has warmly welcomed Jeck Conlu as the newly appointed Assistant Regional Director of LTO Region VI.
Conlu’s appointment was formalized after he took his oath of office before Transportation Secretary Jaime J. Bautista on Monday.
Geduspan, who previously served as officer-in-charge of the regional office, expressed confidence in Conlu’s capabilities, emphasizing that his experience and expertise will significantly contribute to fulfilling the office’s mandates.
Conlu’s appointment is regarded as a positive development that will enhance the agency’s efforts in providing efficient and effective services across the region.
President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. recently formalized the appointment of Geduspan as the full-fledged Regional Director of LTO-6.
Secretary Bautista administered his oath of office on November 28, 2024. Geduspan’s leadership is expected to ensure continuity and further improvements in the delivery of LTO services in Western Visayas./PN
