ILOILO City – A tricycle driver was wounded in a road crash in Barangay Tabugon, Dingle, Iloilo.
The 50-year-old Allan Lapido of Barangay Batuan, Dueñas, Iloilo sustained a head injury, a police report showed.
According to police investigators, Lapido was driving his tricycle when a truck driven by 47-year-old Russel Paul Bulaclac of Ivisan, Capiz crashed against him on Saturday.
Lapido was brought to the Iloilo Provincial Hospital in Pototan, Iloilo for treatment.
Bulaclac, meanwhile, was detained in the lockup facility of the Dingle municipal police station./PN
