BACOLOD City – He was listed as the No. 2 most wanted person at the Guimaras Police Provincial Office (GPPO).
The 54-year-old Reynaldo Jalandoni was arrested around 12:30 p.m. on Sunday in Sitio Burgos, Barangay General Luna, Toboso, Negros Occidental, a police report showed.
Jalandoni faces a rape charge before the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 65 in Jordan, Guimaras.
Joint elements of the GPPO, Buenavista police station and Toboso police station caught Jalandoni on the strength of an arrest warrant that Judge Merlin Deloria of RTC Branch 65 issued on Dec. 22, 2006.
Jalandoni was ferried to Guimaras and detained, police said./PN
