BACOLOD City – In Barangay Bunga, Don Salvador Benedicto, Negros Occidental, a man wanted for murder was arrested at about 12:50 p.m. on April 23.
The 33-year-old Joenard Hemongala was a resident of Barangay Esteban, Murcia, Negros Occidental.
Judge Fernando Elumba of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 42 issued the arrest warrant on March 10, 2021.
No bail was recommended for Hemongala’s temporary liberty./PN
