ILOILO – Operatives of the Carles Municipal Police Station (MPS) and the 2nd Iloilo Provincial Mobile Force Company (2nd IPMFC) apprehended a farmer tagged as Western Visayas’ No. 5 most wanted man in Barangay Poblacion, Carles, Iloilo.
Alias “Ayat”, 39 years old and a resident of Carles, was caught at around 10:58 a.m. on November 7 by virtue of a warrant of arrest for two counts of violation of Section 10(A) of Republic Act 7610 (Child Prostitution and Other Sexual Abuse) issued by the Sixth Judicial Region’s Branch 66 in Barotac Viejo, Iloilo, dated November 6, 2025.
The suspect is now under the custody of Carles MPS for proper disposition.
Police said the court recommended a bail bond of P80,000 for each count for his temporary liberty./PN
