ILOILO City – A 59-year-old resident of Zone 1, Barangay Rizal Estanzuela, City Proper complained to the police that a man hit him.
Dominador Padura identified the suspect as Froilan Presto.
At Police Station 1 where he filed a complaint, Padura quoted Presto as telling him around 6:30 a.m. on Oct. 27: “Ano ginatulok mo?”
Padura told the police Presto then hit him on the face and body.
Presto could not be reached for comment as of this writing.
A similar incident happened in Zone 2, Barangay Tanza Timawa. The 25 year-old Jerson Baco complained to the police that friend Jerold Gumabong hit him on the face around 11:30 a.m. on Oct. 25.
The two were binge drinking when Gumabong suddenly attacked him, Baco claimed./PN
