ILOILO City – Expletives rained on a woman trying to collect debt from another woman on Quezon Street, Barangay Edganzon, City Proper.
Their exchange did not turn physical but Mary Micheline, 48, told Police Station 1 that Christine Naces held no punches when she cursed at her.
Micheline, a resident of Pagadian Street, Puerto Real Subdivision in La Paz district, said the incident happened in Anglers Heaven Sports Fishing Store at the Alexa Business Center around 4 p.m. on Aug. 5.
She went to collect debt from storeowner Naces, a resident of R. Mapa Street, Barangay Tabucan, Mandurriao, a police report showed. It was not stated how much Naces owed Micheline.
But Naces talked to Micheline “in a rude, loud manner” and told her, “Andaman mo lang, may adlaw ka gid sa akon! Hulata niyo lang (I’m going to get back at you one day, you just wait),” the police report stated.
Naces cannot be reached for comment as of this writing.
Evidently upset, she also told Micheline, “Gaga ka! Butigon ka! Social climber ka! Yudipota ka! (You are such a social climber, you lying son of a bitch),” the police report stated.
Moreover, Naces told her she is a finance manager for Region 6 at Ayala Business Corp., Micheline told the police.
Police Station 1 was letting the barangay lupon handle the dispute./PN
