BACOLOD City – Western Visayas’ No. 5 most wanted person charged with frustrated murder was arrested in Purok Kabugwason, Barangay Mansilingan, in this city at 6:30 p.m. on Dec. 21.
Robert Perez Ramos was captured by the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group Regional Field Unit 6 and the Tracker Team of Bacolod City Police Office-Police Station 7.
Hon. Maria Mercedes E. Odango-Saril, Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court 6, Branch 54 in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental, penned the arrest warrant on Dec. 12, 2023, with bail set at P200,000 for Ramos’ temporary liberty./PN
