ILOILO City – Two persons got injured. Their pickup truck crashed against a delivery van in Barangay Gines, Zarraga, Iloilo yesterday.
Atty. Jose Gelacio Lira and driver Emilio Po Jr. were plying the highway around 11 a.m. when they hit the parked van from behind, police said.
Lira sustained lacerations to the right arm and a fracture to the right knee, while Po got injuries to the head.
The two were recuperating at the Metro Iloilo Hospital and Medical Center in Jaro district./PN
