BACOLOD City – Police caught five people, including two minors, sniffing suspected shabu in front of a facility for children in conflict with the law in Barangay Singcang.

Jeffrey Estrella, 40, and Anabelle Deopita, 47, both of Barangay 3, and Joeven Cortez, 20, of Barangay Tangub were having a “pot session” with the minors in front of the Social Development Center (SDC) on Jan. 7, the Mobile Patrol Group of Police Station 8 said.

A plastic pack of suspected shabu, lighters and drug paraphernalia were seized from them.

 

The legal-aged suspects were detained at Police Station 8, while the minors were turned over to the SDC./PN
