DUMAGUETE City – An insurance company with branches nationwide will put up a branch in the city.
Executive Vice President Kent Cotoco of Oriental Assurance Corp. said they decided to penetrate the city because of its rising economy.
“People living here must protect their assets. That is why we are here; to offer them a variety of insurance services,” explained Cotoco.
Oriental Assurance Corp. is a non-life insurance company that carries all types of insurance including fire, motor, personal accident, liability, construction, among others.
The company has 16 branches across the country including those in Bacolod, Iloilo, Cebu, Leyte, Tacloban and Ormoc. (PNA)
