ILOILO City – Charged with attempted homicide, a laborer was arrested in Barangay Lupa, Santa Barbara, Iloilo yesterday.
The 34-year-old Regino Simpas is a resident of the same village.
Simpas was detained at the Santa Barbara police station lockup facility after his arrest around 11:45 a.m.
Judge Arturo Doronila of the Municipal Circuit Trial Court (Santa Barbara) issued the warrant against the suspect.
Doronila also recommended a P12,000 bail bond./PN
