ILOILO City – The Regional Trial Court, Branch 37 issued an arrest warrant against a man from Cabatuan, Iloilo charged with violation of the Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children Act of 2004 (Republic Act 9262).
Policemen served the arrest warrant to 31-year-old Christian Louie Morales on May 20.
Around 11:30 p.m. Morales was detained at the municipal police station.
