ILOILO City – A retired employee of an insurance company was found dead in his house in Barangay Santo Angel, Dumalag, Capiz.
Friend Christian Gantaloro discovered 56-year-old Francisco Frenal already lifeless around 1:30 p.m. on Monday.
Gantaloro told the police he was supposed to invite Frenal to a birthday party.
As of this writing, the police were still investigating the case and declined to make hasty conclusions on the cause of Frenal’s death./PN
