BACOLOD City – Regional Public Safety Battalion operatives caught the No. 1 most wanted person in Talisay City, Negros Occidental.

Murder suspect Glenn Higantana, 45, was arrested at the Colegio de Sta. Ana de Victorias in Victorias City.

Operatives led by Senior Superintendent Thomas Joseph Martir accosted the suspect on the strength of a warrant issued by Judge Katherine A. Go, then presiding judge of the Regional Trial Court Branch 44 in Bacolod City, on Dec. 3, 2015 yet.
