BACOLOD City – Anti-drug operatives of the Silay City police station in Negros Occidental confiscated P54,400 worth of suspected shabu in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Lantad.
The suspects were Leomar Ramos, 26, and Romeo Bediosas, 32, both residents of the city’s Barangay Mambulac.
Police also seized a P2,000 marked money and a cellular phone around 2:40 p.m. on Dec. 2.
The suspects were detained at the Silay City police station. They face charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
