ILOILO City – Three persons, two of them minors, were ordered arrested by the court. They were charged with “direct assault upon a person in authority.”
All the three were residents of Barangay Mabayan, Miag-ao, Iloilo.
Policemen of Miag-ao served the arrest warrant against the minors and 51-year-old Andy Moman around 4 p.m. on Wednesday.
Judge Jesusa Bacaling of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 67 set the bail bond of each suspect at P12,000.
While Moman was detained at the Miag-ao police station, the two minors were forwarded to the Department of Social Welfare and Development.
It was unclear as of this writing if the three were able to post bail for their temporary liberty./PN
