BACOLOD City – Charged with frustrated murder, three persons were arrested in Hacienda Bayabas, Barangay Daga, Cadiz City, Negros Occidental.
Albert Guarino, 32, Sherwin Penisa, 27, and Jade Oplas, also 27, were caught on the strength of an arrest warrant on Wednesday, a police report showed.
Guarino was nabbed first around 12:30 p.m. Penisa and Oplas followed at around 2:50 p.m.
All residents of Barangay Daga, the suspects were detained in the lockup facility of the Cadiz City police station.
The arrest warrant dated April 5, 2019 was issued by Judge Gwendolyn Jimenea of the Regional Trial Court Branch 60 in Cadiz City.
The judge recommended a P200,000 bail bond for each of the suspect./PN
