ILOILO City – A private vehicle crashed against a truck in Barangay F. Parcon-Ledesma Ward, Pototan, Iloilo.
Three people were brought to the Iloilo Provincial Hospital: Ludivico Lamit Jr., Cecelia Yturriaga and John Jacob Rabi, all residents of San Enrique, Iloilo.
The victims were bound for Passi City around 11 p.m.
The truck driver, Johnny Cahavez of Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental, did not face jail time.
Both parties reached an amicable settlement./PN
