3 NegOcc police heads relieved, reassigned

BACOLOD City – Three police officers were relieved from their posts to complete their two-year tours of duty and in anticipation of the 2019 midterm election period.

Senior Inspector Aileen Cordua, Negros Occidental Police Provincial Office (NOCPPO) public information officer, said the three police officers were the following:

* Chief Inspector Robert Mansueto of the Sagay City police station

* Chief Inspector Rocky Desear of Cadiz City

* Chief Inspector Antonio Benite, Jr. of Himamaylan

NOCPPO deputy provincial director for operation Superintendent Ervin Provido also got a new assignment.

Mansueto was reassigned to the NOCPPO headquarters while Benitez replaced him as Sagay City police head.

Desear replaced Benitez as Himamaylan police head.

Provido was designated as Cadiz City police head.

The turnover was held yesterday at the NOCPPO headquarters./PN
