BORACAY – Four persons here face charges for violation of Presidential Decree 1602 which prohibits illegal gambling.
Police said the following were caught playing posoy dos (a card game) in Sitio Angol, Barangay Manoc-manoc:
* Ricky Inventado, 51, of Barangay Mantiguib, Makato, Aklan
* Jhon Absalon, 35, of Barangay Poblacion, Malay
* Charnie Parojinog, 39, of Barangay Aquino, Ibajay
* Jeffrey Besa, 34, of Lipa, Batangas
They were all laborers.
Policemen seized from them game cards, P650 and cash.
The suspects were taken to the Boracay police station./PN
