BACOLOD City – Charged with rape, a 41-year-old man was arrested in Barangay Tuyom, Cauayan, Negros Occidental.

Armed with a warrant of arrest, joint elements of the Cauayan police station and Bacolod City Police Office Station 9 collared the suspect around 11 a.m. on May 15.
Judge Edwin Gomez of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 43 here issued the arrest warrant on Jan. 10, 2020.
Ababao was detained in the lockup cell of the Cauayan police station and set to be transferred to this city’s Police Station 9.
The court did not allow him to post bail./PN
