ILOILO City – Three sachets of shabu were seized from a 36-year-old jeepney driver in Barangay Calaparan, Arevalo district.
Arevalo policemen busted Dalmacio Torteo Jr. around 12:20 p.m. on March 19.
In a television interview, Torteo denied selling shabu but admitted using it.
Police said Torteo was a newly identified suspected drug personality.
