ILOILO City – In Barangay Oloc, Laua-an, Antique a 29-year-old man was stabbed in the back.
Michael Vicente of Barangay Paningayan, Laua-an was taken to the Bugasong Medicare Community Hospital. He was attacked around 7 p.m. on Wednesday.
The suspect, Judy Samillano of Barangay Canituan, Laua-an, fled, police said.
The stabbing happened at the house of 56-year-old Cecilia Alipoun. Vicente was with several friends on a drinking binge.
As of this writing, Samillano’s whereabouts remained unknown.
Police were still determining, too, what triggered the stabbing./PN
