ILOILO City – After 21 years, the police of Sibalom, Antique finally arrested a man accused of forcible abduction and rape.
The 38-year-old Dick Esmedia was a laborer and resident of Barangay Rombang, Sibalom. He was caught on Monday.
Around 12:15 p.m. the police served an arrest warrant to Esmedia then took him to the Sibalom police station.
The warrant of arrest was issued by Judge Nery Duremdes of the Regional Trail Court, Branch 11 in San Jose Antique./PN
