ILOILO City – A 43-year-old woman from Barangay Nasunogan, Dao, Capiz was charged with violating the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012.

Ma. Fatima Eduque was arrested on Saturday in Barangay Poblacion Ilawod, Maayon, Capiz.

Judge Edmar Castillo of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 11 issued the arrest warrant and policemen served it to Eduque around 7 p.m.

Eduque was detained at the Dao police station.

The court set the suspect’s bail bond at P10,000./PN
