ILOILO City – Two drug pushing suspects were caught in a sting operation in Barangay Bagumbayan, City Proper.

Karl Gumabon, 33, and Eloisa Palomar, 23, yielded seven sachets of shabu on Friday. They were detained at Police Station 1.

Around 9:20 p.m. an undercover police officer bought from the suspects a sachet of shabu. 

Six more sachets were recovered from their possession.

Gumabon and Palomar face charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.

Gumabon was a resident of Barangay Bagumbayan while Palomar was from La Paz district./PN
