ILOILO City – Three sachets of suspected shabu were seized in a police operation around 7 a.m. yesterday in Barangay Poblacion Ilawod, Lambunao, Iloilo.
Suspected drug dealer Jefry Latoza, 32, of Barangay Aquino, Janiuay town was arrested.
He was facing charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
After selling to an undercover officer a sachet of suspected shabu for P500, Latoza yielded two more sachets of the same substance, a police report showed.
Officers from the Lambunao police station and the Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit of the Iloilo Police Provincial Office staged the operation./PN
