ILOILO City – He was punched several times, and he did not know why.
The 22-year-old Jeremiah Siplao of Barangay Bolilao, Mandurriao district was drinking with friends in a restobar at Paseo de Arcangeles in the village when attacked, a police report showed.
The police report identified the attacker as Alfredo Aurelio.
Siplao claimed he was struck on the head several times, causing him “pain and anxiety,” police said.
The attacker fled toward an unknown direction after the incident around 2:20 p.m. on July 24, the report stated./PN
