ILOILO City – A family friend in Mandurriao district was accused of stealing a smartphone.
Rachel Zerrudo of Ana Ros Village, Barangay Calajunan, Mandurriao reported to the police that her iPhone 5s worth P30,000 was missing.
The 21-year-old complainant believed it was stolen.
Zerrudo identified a suspect – family friend Patricia Kyla Trio, a police report showed.
According to Zerrudo, her phone went missing on April 23. It was just placed on top of their table at the time, she said.
But Zerrudo claimed that she discovered around 1 p.m. on July 23 that Trio was able to access her iCloud account, the police report stated.
Trio cannot be reached for comment as of this writing./PN
