BACOLOD City – A driver was repeatedly stabbed in Barangay 8, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental. He died.
Jovanie Gepanaga, 50, of Barangay 8, Kabankalan City sustained stab wounds on the back.
He was rushed to the Lorenzo Zayco District Hospital where he was pronounced “dead on arrival,” a police report showed.
Kabankalan police have yet to identify the suspect and determine the motive in the attack around 11 p.m. on Sunday./PN
